| Once again, someone has found a way to shit on the judicial system | ||||||||
| On the news today, a new lawsuit was being discussed. Some lady is suing a store because one of their grocery bags broke, after she got back to her house, and a jar fell and hurt her foot. The fact that this lawsuit is even being seriously discussed is a mockery of our legal system. The famous lawsuit over hot coffee spilling on someone, and the mailman suing a comedy show for portraying a negative stereotype of a postal worker were silly, but this takes ridiculous lawsuits to a new level. There are thousands of bullshit lawsuits that could be mentioned, but this bag lawsuit is fucking stupid. | ||||||||
| Not only is the bitch suing because of injuries, but she's also saying she's stressed because she can't have sex in her condition and her husband is frustrated. What the fuck does an injured foot have to do with sex? She can't just lay down and let her husband go to work? How can an injured foot possibly make it impossible for someone to have sex? I know people who would have sex even if they had just amputated all of their own limbs with an old pizza cutter. Maybe this lady is just a frigid bitch who hates sex and is using this lawsuit to get out of copulation while making some easy money. | ||||||||
| Just how big was this jar anyway? It must have been more like a big metal keg to do such serious damage. A lot of really heavy shit has fallen on my feet, but I've never been so injured by these accidents that I couldn't function as a normal human being. A person should be smart enough to realise that grocery bags are not made out of say, kevlar, or another similarly strong material. If there is some heavy stuff in the bag, hold it from the fucking bottom to be safe! Whenever I buy 40's, I always carry the bag from the bottom. One guy I used to know never did that and he dropped beer all the time. He never sued, but he never learned. | ||||||||

No wonder our legal system is such a joke, assholes are allowed to constantly sue whoever they want for any little stupid thing they inflict upon themselves. This woman shouldn't be taking her case to court, she should be mercilessly beaten in public to let every other jerk ass out there know that they can't be needlessly suing everyone.
