Race is one of the most sensitive issues in our society. An improper nomanclature can seriously offend people or get you shot (depending on who you piss off). I don't know what the big fucking deal is. The fact that people are so uptight about race is ridiculous. If people weren't so easily pissed off by stupid racial issues, the world would be a better place. Hell, due to political correctness, you can't say shit anymore. Freedom of speech is being covertly taken away and no one cares. They just help the cause by flipping out if someone says something they deem "racially insensitive". For example, certain people are offended by the term illegal alien. They want to change the title for these criminals because they think it sounds offensive. Well, illegally coming into this country is extremely disrespectful and offensive to me. They are here illegally hence, illegal, and they are from a foreign country which gives us, alien. Illegal alien. That's what they are and that's what they should be called. |

Anyway, my point is, people need to shut the fuck up and get over it. Every race of people has been oppressed by another race of people. I'm getting really sick of hearing all this shit about "call me african-American or I'll be offended and call you a racist". If you can't find africa on a map you shouldn't be called african-American. I have a friend from South Africa yet people get mad when he says he african-American. People actually say, "You can't be african-American, you're white. That's racist". What a load. He speaks several african languages, he grew up in africa, he came to the United States, he's african-American. All these people bitch about the past. Granted, slavery was completely wrong, but it's over. What people never mention is that African tribal leaders sold their own people into slavery because they wanted to make money as well. So it wasn't just white folks. Shit, slavery, and forms of slavery still exist in Africa today. Everyone was involved so remember that when you tell me I need to pay reparations. Why don't you ask p-diddy for some reparations. He's gotten millions of dollars because white suburban kids bought his cd's, if that's not a form of reparation I don't know what is. You'd think once he got rich he'd help out the community he's so proud of being a part of, but I guess his millions of dollars were better spent on champagne. The amount of money that one rapper spends on drinks would be enough to do some serious good. But no, people want the white man to give them reparations. Let me ask you this. How the fuck do you expect me to pay you reparations? I'm a college student, I have nothing. And why the fuck should I pay reparations? My ancestry is Polish, my ancestors had nothing to do with slavery in any way. Look up Poland's history and you'll see that our past was riddled with tragedy as well. You think people in America welcomed poor immigrants with free money and a basket of smiles? And don't give me that, "the man is keeping me down" shit because it isn't true. How can I keep your people down, I don't have a fucking job! |

You're probably thinking, "this guy is a fucking racist". People have said less than I have and have been branded a racist. I'm not a racist. I'm just not politically correct. The truth hurts and that's why people are politically correct. I don't hate people based on ethnicity, I hate people who act like assholes and don't take responsibility for their own actions. People want reparation because they want free money. What ever happened to people working hard to achieve success? I graduated from college with a 4.0 gpa because I busted my ass. I don't bitch about some injustice and use guilt to procure a better grade. My main point in this is, people need to be thankful for the life they have here in America. All I ever hear is people talking about "mother africa" and "the motherland" etc.. You're free to go to Africa anytime you want. You should be fucking grateful as hell that you live in the U.S.. Here's just a few reasons why. |

1.) Africa is a third world country. It sucks over there. |

2.) AIDS is a huge problem here, but in Africa it's much worse. So far, 17 million people have died from AIDS, and 25 million more are expected to die from the disease. |

3.) Getting mauled by lions hurts and can ruin your day really quickly. |

4.) Many African tribes would be considered by this country's standards as sexist. In some tribes the women do all of the work while men sit around. The women build their hut, they walk miles to get water, make food, etc. They do everything and have no rights. In this country asking a woman to cook you dinner is offensive. Women, be glad you weren't born in Africa. |

5.) Many tribes have extremely painful customs and traditional practices. For example, the Kikuyu tribe in Kenya circumcise their children...When they're 15. Boys cannot become a man or get married without getting circumcised, and women can't be a wife without getting circumcised. Not only are you circumcised as a teenager, there is a crowd, people from the tribe gather to watch, and if the person getting circumcised cries or shows any sign of being in pain they can't become a man/wife because they are a coward.
Some tribes will actually cut a woman's clitoris off with broken glass or jagged stones because women are not supposed to feel any pleasure during sex.
Some tribes eat and drink things that people in the U.S. would be disgusted by. Some tribes will stab a cow's throat and drink the freshly spilled blood. Next time you eat a big mac you should say, "God bless America". Some tribes consider rat a delicacy because meat is scarce. Another tribe kills and eats dogs.
Some tribes practice scarification rituals. Three year old children (possibly younger) are subjected to a painful procedure where their face is sliced repeatedly with a sharp rock. Their entire face is covered with hundreds of tiny cuts which form a scarred design when healed. A little child is actually held down by several people and mutilated. The child is screaming and crying and bleeding all over the place. Why would anyone do this? Because it's tradition. If this is not done, the child will become an outcast from the rest of the tribe. This is not the last phase of the tradition because when a child is ready to enter manhood he must go through the process again, this time on his chest. And this time he can't show signs of pain or he'll be considered a coward. Next time you want to bitch about slavery, racism in America, the white man, etc. just be grateful you live in America, because if you were born in Africa, some guy with a sharp rock would be slicing the shit out of you regardless of how you felt about it. |

What I'm drunkenly trying to say, is that if people would be grateful for what they have, the race issue would be much less important. This is the greatest country in the world and you are privileged to live here. Anyone, of any race or background can become successful if they work hard enough. It's time that people move on and stop bitching about the past. |
