| Well, we started out in 1998 just kind of jamming some punk/crust riffs, then we decided to form a band, call it Scum Bitch, and just go over the top as possible. We've gotten faster over the years, mainly becuase my speed has improved since then. I was only playing drums for a year or two before that, so the whole blasting thing was new to me then. We're just basic grind with ripped off From Enslavement To Obliteration and World Downfall riffs and fast goregrind blasting. The original guitarist was recently kicked out for being a douchechugger, but I now have a good friend of mine on guitars, so all is well on Dykeslaying Ave. |

| You're on Deepsend Records now. How does it feel to know that eventually your releases will be available to the average faggot on the street? |

| It makes me erect. We've been doing this for a long time and it's good to know a label is interested in us. Basically, after Maryland ended we realized I sold $300 worth of merchandykes without really even PLAYING [see the Maryland Deathfest question below], he said he wanted to release a full length, a discography, and a split with Fuck... I'm Dead, Vulgar Pigeons, and Bung to start it all off. Should be a good experience for us. |

| Can you tell us about some of the stuff that you are going to put out on Deepsend? Are you guys gonna turn into faggot loving sellouts because you're on a label now, or will your music and lyrics stay as cool as they've always been? |

| I've seen waaaaaaaaay too many awesome bands turn to garbage, but I can guarantee that will never happen to us. We pretty much sucked from the beginning. I have other projects to get out the SLIGHTLY less aggressive material, so Scum Bitch gets all the stuff that's too insane for you faggots to handle. |

| Tell us about "The Acoustic Obliteration Sessions" cd so that people who don't have it and don't know the story behind it know what it's all about. |

| Well, we were going to have a regular band practice but the power went out, so we used a 2 string acoustic guitar, a plastic snare, some broken cymbals, and a pillow for a kick drum and went for it. We did a few stupid songs and recorded it on a boombox and then transferred it to a 4-track and added vocunts to it. It's seriously the dumbest shit ever put on CD. It makes the Anal Cunt acoustic 7" sound like Spiral Architect. |

| What can you tell us about Wartext? |

| Wartext is a band I started up as a solo project to do some weird type ideas I had. It's still very much crust/grind, but there's lots of strange riffs/chords used. I originally used a drum machine and played guitar for a few demo songs, but then I got a buddy of mine to play guitar so I could focus on drumming and vocals. I still write the majority of the riffs, but he definitely has his input as well. It's kinda hard to describe, but maybe a crustier version of Discordance Axis would be the best thing I could think of [although Dave Witte is about 24824d8024084084 times better on drums than I am] Check out the website at: http://wartext.cjb.net |

| Musical differences I suppose. There's plenty of bad blood between me [who wanted to be a fast DM band] and some of the other members [who wanted it to be a gay pseudo nu-hardcore beatdown band] I just did vocals for that band, and I left in 2000 sometime. It got to be too much to deal with the floorpunchers in the band, and we all know that moshy hardcore is a disgrace to music. They broke up a year later I think. Who knows. That band was stupid and a waste of my time. |

| You were getting a train run on you? You fucking faggot. My guitar player decided it would be cool to fuck me over literally 2 days before the show, so I just went by myself, found another drummer there, and did an improv. noise set. I haven't talk to that wand washer since then. and I never plan on talking to him again. So, you didn't miss much in other words. The fest wasn't my thing anyway as 95% of the bands were Devourment clones, and that style isn't fast enough for me. Half the time is spent on playing slam riffs with slow drums. Hopefully we'll be able to play Maryland next year alongside Dead Infection, Last Days of Humanity, Rotten Sound, and the other grind champs they're working on. |

| As far as grind, I love 324, Discordance Axis, Squash Bowels, Creamface, Phobia, Captain Cleanoff, Dead Infection, Bodies Lay Broken, Hellnation, Terrorizer, Regurgitate, Retaliation, old Carcass, old Napalm Death, and a million more I could name. I'm totally into obscure grind. I have tons of that garbage. I also like lots of fast Black Metal and old school Death Metal and Thrash. I love Power Metal too because it's so damn cheesy.. sometimes as cheesy as Scum Bitch. Recently I've been listening to the Demilich demos, Ingrowning, Ceremonium, The Legion, Cryonic Temple, Septic Flesh, Maze of Torment, and I've been on big Incantation kick lately; listening to all their albums quite a bit. |
