Thus begins the entrance of the three most inept but lovable villains to be found in any cartoon series. Growing from the obscure roots of the Gameboy Pokémon game, the TV show rocketed (if you'll excuse the pun) Jessy, James and Meowth to stardom. With their strange mix of ineptitude, shocking accents and cross-dressing antics, Team Rocket have to be the bizarrest characters in any cartoon ever.
