Thailand
Bangkok
The train station in Hat Yai, Thailand.  We spent about 30 minutes in Hat Yai the first time we were in Thailand, this time we spent 5 hours wandering the streets in the area around the station, killing time before boarding an over-night train (in a first-class compartment!) bound for Bangkok.
Proof that we actually did make it to Bangkok!
The following four pictures are of Wat Phra Keow.
Nita, this one's for you!
This is a view of the Nana "Entertainment Complex", right across the street from the Marriott. It looks like a rat hole, and it is, but at night the men and working girls come here to make merry.
Wat Pho, home of the giant Reclining Buddha.
