| FOR ALL LEADERS As always, Leaders need to contact their personnel and insure that they know when drill is and will be in attendance. TRAINING: The following personnel will go to Camp Gruber Friday night for Weapons Qualification: SSG Lowe, SSG White, SGT Klingaman, SPC Garrison, SPC Lawson, SPC Reid, SPC Shear, SPC Wagner and SPC Weiderkehr. The remainder of the unit will complete Table IV and start Table VI. Everyone will participate in the Veterans Day Parade on Saturday morning. Then be released to prepare for the Dining Out. I'm sure that the First Sergeant will be less than forgiving to those not prepared for this event. You've had 3 months to prepare. |
| IMPORTANT INFORMATION The Company Dining Out will be held Saturday, 6 November 2004. This is a required function for all soldiers as it is a part of the November drill. It will be held at the American Legion in Ponca City. The uniform will be Class A or Dress Blue. Wives, girlfriends or escorts need not go out and purchase something expensive and formal for this function. Something nice, along the lines of what they would wear to church, would be appropriate. I will need numbers of women attending this drill, I know how many soldiers. |
| Family Support Information The Dining Out will be Saturday, November 6th at 5:30 pm at the American Legion. The menu will be Ribeye, Baked Potatoe and Green Beans. The lounge will be open after the Dining Out. A good time will be had by all. Attire for the women will be semi-formal. Nominations for new officers must be in the night of the Dining Out. If you or anyone are interested in being an officer let us know. The election will be at our Christmas Dinner.
