BBQ Fundraiser
On September 22nd, Delta held our annual BBQ fundraiser.  This year we held it in conjuction with a car wash done by Chi Delta members at Westlake Ace Hardware in Washington.  Seven Delta members were present to work the BBQ.  We sold hot dogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, bratwursts, chicken leg quarters, and pork steaks.  We also had a plate option (adding 2 of the following sides: potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans, and potato chips) and soda.

We received donations from Frick's Market, Frick's Quality Meats, Pepsi Bottling Company of New Haven, Sam's Club, Schnucks, Shop N Save, Target, Zerna's Meat Company, and Walmart (Union & Washington).  Along with these physical donations (either items or gift cards), we also received cash donations from United Bank of Union and Bank of Sullivan.

We were able to make $397.25.  This is lower than we normally make when we hold the BBQ at Union Walmart.  Therefore, we will not be going back to Ace next year.
