How'd we get here? Our history...

The Delta Faction actually began informally in January of 2003 with the creation of its first game - Fantastyk. This was the creation of Alex who was looking for a simming experience that included gay friendly environments. Shortly there after Alex created Expounders with the help of Fantastyk member Zane. Fantastyk closed and was replaced with the first Star Trek gay sim, the USS Champion. In July Delta Faction was solidified with the creation of the USS Champion as the Delta Fleet. With coaxing from Alex, Luke opened the USS Olympic. As the crew grew Alex poked and prodded others and The Blessed Be and The Hidden Land were both created by Sheldon and Dave (respectively). Realizing that were was more to the simulations group than star trek the word fleet was replaced by faction. Hard Luck, a Star Wars genre game joined after having been created by the executive officer of the Olympic, John.

We're here to have fun! The Delta Faction functions as an umbrella organization though provides no interference in the outcome of the games.
