1275. Dale Duckworth
Dale E. Duckworth, 54, of Mineral Wells died Dec. 13, 2004, at Charleston Area Medical Center.
He was born in Parkersburg, a son of the late Carl and Lucy Delo Duckworth.
Surviving is his wife, Evelyn Braden Duckworth; two children, Shane Duckworth of Little Rock, Ark., and Amber Duckworth of Parkersburg; five stepchildren, Donnie Hendershot, Dana Hendershot, David Hendershot and Julie McGary, all of Parkersburg, and Debbie Hendershot of Belpre; four brothers, Marvin Duckworth of Mineral Wells, Ronald Duckworth of Mineral Wells, Channing Duckworth of Parkersburg and Leslie Duckworth of Elizabeth; and 17 grandchildren.
