Joel worked for the Woods-Evertz Stove Co. in Springfield for 36 years. He was a member of the Modern Woodsman of America and the Knights of Pythias. Five children were born to Joel and Emma Elizabeth Bliss (March 6, 1884 - August 31, 1963) whom he married on July 27, 1904. They resided on a small farm outside Buffalo, Mo. after Joel retired.

George Washington III Was employed as a typographer, residing in Dallas, Texas. George married Faye McFall on June 25, 1932. After she died in 1959, he married Margaret Ekberg.

Paul was born in Pittsburgh. After completing a four year course in Electrical Engineering, he graduated from Westinghouse Technical night school in 1914. He has been a tool-maker's apprentice, time-study man, manufacturing inspector, tool maker, and inspection foreman. He retired after fifty years with Westinghouse.. Paul married twice: in 1915 to Erla Jessica Fleming (18?? - 1919) of W. Sunbury, Pa., by whom he had his daughter Jean Marie; then to Adelaide Smith of Pittsburgh, whom he married on April 18, 1923, the mother of his other three children. When his first wife died, Jean Marie lived with her aunt Sarah Caldwell until Paul remarried.
