Goals:
The goal of this project is to create a Java program which implements the UPGMA algorithm, and given inputs of test sequences,
outputs a phylogenetic tree. Our code will take in strings of test sequences from an input file and after using the UPGMA algorithm
to analyze the distances between the sequences, it will input these distances into a matrix. These values will be evaluated, and
a phylogenetic tree will be constructed using Java applets. This Java applet will be the final output of the program.
