The name polls are over! Thanks so much to everyone who participated. We still haven't decided on Little Bean's name for certain, but the feedback from our visitors has certainly helped us to narrow it down!
The run-off poll lasted for just over a week and included three names: Kyle Elliott, Garrett Nelson, and Evan Joseph. 144 people voted in the poll! Kyle came in first with 41% of the vote, then Garrett with 30%, and finally Evan with 27%. (The poll program must have rounded the numbers down since it only adds up to 98%.) Kyle is the only name on the poll that we are still considering, but we are toying around with some other ideas and are not ready to declare Kyle as the baby's official name.
For those who are interested, the previous poll lasted for a week and 93 votes were cast. Logan and Garrett tied for first place with 17% of the votes each, but we took Logan off the list anyway. Kyle came in next with 14% of the vote, followed by Eric/Erik, with 13% of the vote between the two spellings. Next came Carson (10%), then Colin/Collin (9% between them), and finally Hayden and Austin with 8% each. Even though the name poll is over, we would still love for you to sign the baby's "guessbook"! You can also suggest other names there.
