?Big Clash in Digitown!? part 2

We last left our adventurers facing the evil Rezomon, who has appeared to destroy
the Digidestined! Yet, none of the Digimon would digivolve! What will our adventurers
do?

With both Xellossmon and Zelgadismon out of the fight the Digidestined were
hard pressed to escape the evil clutches of Rezomon. When finally a voice of reason spoke
up!
?As you can see...? Izzy began, which would soon turn into one of his incredibly
long and boring speeches which no one understood least of all HIS Digimon Gourrymon,
?our Digimon are failing to digivolve apparently because they have insecurities about their
new forms. I purpose that we force Gourrymon to digivolve because he simply doesn?t
contain the depth to possess character flaws like that.?
Izzy turns to Gourrymon and says, ?Okay Gourrymon digivolve into your
Champion form!? while holding his digivice into the air. . .

Several Minutes later. . .

?Okay now what?s this digivolving thing again?? Gourrymon questions for the
twenty-seventh time. The Digidestined all collapse from utter amazement at his stupidity.
?Gourrymon,? Izzy begins AGAIN, as Gourrymon looks attentive, ?All Digimon
can digivolve. Digivolving is when you get ALL your energy together and condense it into
a new form to protect your partner,? Gourrymon interrupts, ?which is you right?? as he
points to Izzy.
?That?s right,? Izzy says with about a pound of forced enthusiasm, ?Okay so you
want to try digivolving again??
Gourrymon appears to ponder this question for a few moments and then replies,
?Sure!? which is followed by the ominous, ?can I ask one more question first though??
Izzy cringes but agrees and Gourry releases the sum of his mental abilities to form this
boggling question, ?What are Digimon again??
Finally Linamon?s limit has been reached and she pummels Gourrymon into the
ground. It is at this moment when Tai realizes something, ?Hey Matt! What about
Ameliamon why not have her digivolve?? This epiphany reached by the big haired boy is
met with great enthusiasm, from Ameliamon.
?Yeah,? Ameliamon shouts out, ?I?ll digivolve!? Matt shrugs in reply as
Ameliamon screams, ?AMELIAMON DIGIVOLVE TO. . .? and the savanna is drenched
in a scorching burst of light forcing all onlookers to cover their eyes, or in Matt?s case turn
their backs to it. Finally the light fades and Amelia is there no longer, but in her place is
the fearsome Prince Philmon!
With a triumphant shout Prince Philmon announces his name and prepares to kick
some evil doer booty in the name of pacifism, as he turns toward Rezomon. . . who is no
longer there!
?Where did he go?? Prince Philmon asks at skull-cracking volume as he scours the
endless desert for his foe.
?He disappeared about the time that Gourrymon started trying to digivolve,? Matt
voiced with little excitement for this recent turn of events. ?He left a letter in his place.?
Ameliamon, having dedigivolved from the lack of danger, picks up the letter and
reads it aloud, ??Despite the entertainment I got from your attempts at digivolving, I got
bored so I left, if you figure it out then join me at Digi-Town.? and there?s a map too.?
Ameliamon unfolds the paper just as Tai snatches it and declares, ?Okay everyone let?s go
to Digi-Town!?
