~Chapter *insert number here* of Sidda and Dragan~

The wind rustled the leaves quietly as Sidda walked to the park. She sighed deeply and looked up at the stars. They glittered brightly as clouds slowly inched across the night sky. Sidda sat on a park bench and looked longinly at the moon. She sighed again, and closed her eyes, trying to clear her mind of all thoughts about Dragan.

"Dragan" she whispered as a tear rolled down her cheek. She opened her eyes again and leaned forward, placing her face in her hands as another tear rolled down her cheek.

Dragan sighed as he checked his email. Like always, there was nothing important. He glanced at the clock - 10:30pm - Sidda had been gone for two hours now. Dragan logged off and stood to stretch. He walked into the living room and sat on the couch, thinking about Sidda. He was very concerned about her. She seemed to have changed over the past two days - She had become withdrawn and silent...more distant. Dragan had an idea why, but he didn't want to push it. He decided to let her come to him when she was ready. He sighed again and laid back as his thoughts overwhelmed him.

Sidda sat up, wiping her tears away. Why, she thought, Why can't I drop my feelings for him? She stood up and looked at the moon again. Dragan was always in her thoughts now. He occupied her thoughts so much that was starting to become uncomfortable around him. "Will things ever be the same?" she cried out as she started crying again. She fell to her knees in frustration and pounded a fist on the snowy ground. She continued to cry to the memories of the past few nights haunted her once again.

It was Sidda and Dragan in the house again that night. Like before, they were sharing the bed and cuddled. They always enjoyed the cuddling together and each night they spent together brought them closer together. Earlier, Dragan had admitted to Sidda that he wanted to be more open to having a relationship with a girl and was starting to find himself becoming slightly more attracted to girls. His words echoed in her mind as she gently stroked his chest. Glancing at his face, she realized he was enjoying it. SHe slowly moved in and kissed him on the lips. He smiled.

He looks so happy, she thought. Without thinking, she kissed him again, stroking his cheek. As she pulled away, it felt like Dragan wanted her to continue kissing him. She asked him in a hushed voice if he was enjoying it, and he mumbled a soft yes. Sidda smiled and continued to stroke his body.

Does he know it's me or is he imagining it's his boyfriend? she wondered. She kissed him again and was slightly shocked as Dragan started to slip in his tongue. Sidda continued to stroke and kiss him, enjoying the turn of events.

As the moon hid behind the clouds, the last of Sidda's tears rolled down her cheeks. She stood up, oblivious to the fact she was now soaking wet from kneeling in the snow. "Dragan" she whispered. She closed her eyes and wrapped her arms around herself, trying to make the pain and confusion go away. She shuddered and sighed deeply. Things were too confusing and uncomfortable for her, making it hard to think clearly. She sighed again, watching the moon slwly emerge from befhind the clouds.

Sidda screamed as a hand gently grasped her shoulder. She turned quickly, but her foot caught in the snow, causing her to lose her balance. She grunted in pain as her body slammed into the ground. She whimpered as arms wrapped around her, pulling her up into a warm, caring embrace. As she started to fight, the embrace tightened. "Calm down" a male voice whispered. Sidda stopped fighting and looked up into the warm, loving eyes of Mika. She sobbed and wrapped her arms around him, burying her face into this chest as the tears once again streaked her face.

Mika gently stroked her hair, wishing he could do more. He could feel Sidda's pain and confusion. He hugged her more as a tear rolled down his cheek. He knew this journey would be a long, hard and lonely one for her. No on would be able to walk beside beside her in this journey, for she needed to complete it alone...Comapletely alone, or she would never fully and properly heal.
