Sidda grunted as she landed on the cold, damp ground. She looked up at Ian as she pulled herself onto her knees.
"I never thought you'd be behjind all this" she whispered hoarsly, her throat parched from lack of water.
"I know" Ian laughed as he turned away from her, "That's what makes it so much fun"
The door rattled behind Ian as he slammed it shut. Tears swelled in Sidda's eyes as she reached for her pendant, seeking comfort. A sob escaped her lips as she reached for nothing. Her anhk was gone - Nothign more than a memory. "A memory like my grandmother" she whispered.
Dragan growled as he threw Mika across the room. "Why did you let them take her??" he yelled as he stormed over to Mika.
Mika slowly stood and winced as Dragan's fists grabbed his shirt and slammed him against the wall.
"Do you think I let it happen intentionally?" he demanded, "It's a little late to be holding a grudge when what we need to be doing is trying to figure out where the hell she is!!!
Dragan sighed heavily and relased Mika. He sat on the couch, running a hand through his hair. "If I remember correctly," he said quietly, "Originally you were the one who was to lure Sidda away."
Mika groaned "How many times must we go through this? You know that it was because of Sidda that I was able to break free and change my ways!! Which is way I want to help her as much as you!!"
Silence.
"So what do you know about this guy?" Dragan asked, looking at Mika.
Mika shook his head "Besides he's a guy, his name's Ty or Tyson, and he wanted Sidda very badly for some strange reason," he listed, checking the items off on his fingers, "Absolutely nothing!"
Both looked at each other and chuckled. "We are pathetic" Dragan commented, "So what now?".
"I suppose we could go straight to the source," Mika suggested.
Dragan cocked an eyebrow.
"Ian"
"He's untouchable"
"Then the next best thing"
"Which is...?" Dragan started, then stopped as his jaw dropped as he realized who Mika was talking about.
"Angela" Mika whispered.
