"Everyone has a destiny"
"Why do you say that?"
Daena smirked "Why else would we be here?"
"To live?"
"You wish"
"If you firmly believe we all have a destiny, then explain yourself" Shirka chuckled.

"The theory of that we are born to die is too depressing and barbaric. I mean if we are born to die, then what's the point of living?"
"True..."
"I believe the reason we are born is because we have a task to complete, therefore a destiny. We live our life unknowingly moving toward the completion of the destiny. If we complete our destiny when we are young, we'll never know it until we are on our deathbed. Same thing goes to if we complete it when we are older."
"But are the destinys always positive?"
"Depends on how you look at it. If a person's destiny is to die so that one may continue on living, then you could call that negative..."
"I'd say"
"But if the person they died for has a destiny to discover a cure, then it's positive"
"..."
Daena laughed "You don't feel that way, do you?"
Shirka shook her head "No...I mean I can understand the destiny part, but not the 'dieing is your destiny' because it takes us back to the we are born to die theory"
"When you look at it that way, yes, but can you agree with it if your destiny was to protect that person and in order to fulfill it, you have to die?"
Shirka shook her head again, smirking "Now you have me all confused, damn it!!"
Daena laughed as she hugged her. "You'll understand one day"
