David Essig-Beatty is a writer, teacher, and osteopathic physician living in West Virginia.  His previous books include Manipulation at Home: Exercises Based on Osteopathic Structural Exam (WVSOM 2003),  A Pocket Manual of OMT: Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment For Physicians (Lippincott Williams & Wilkins 2007), and Manipulation in Motion: A Video Companion to A Pocket Manual of OMT (2008).  Delinquency Lessons is his first book of stories.
