-Several shots of Luke driving is speeder were cut, especially one where he nearly hits a person.Another where he is relaxing while 3P0 drives.
-A trader's card from the 70's show a picture of Vader and one of his men walking down a corridor never shown in the movie.This could be from a scene cut,but shown with different dialogue in the Holiday Special.The real version (the non-Holiday Special version,made for the movie but cut) had Vader and his man talking about Leia.
-After Aldaraan is destroyed, Leai is taken away in tears and distraught.

-In the 1997 version, there is a scene at the docking bay between Biggs and Luke.This scene was cut from the 1977 version.But this scene (used in the 1997 version) was a shorter version of the original scene, which had more dialogue.
