-More dialogue for Two Face when he's on the chopper
-Accorrding to the IMDB,there was a scene in the theatrical version in which Batman walked into the secret underground tunnel and says a line pertaining to the batcave that is missing from the video.
-Alfred shows Bruce the destroyed cave.
-more dialogue between Alfred and Batman as he shoots through the tunnel at Wayne Enterprises.
-Dick and Bruce both escorting Chase to the party
-The Riddler reads the newspaper saying Batman survived the incident at the Subway.
-In theatrical version,when Batman starts to leat leave after talking to Chase on the roof when she turn on the Bat Signal,she says "Damn It".Not on subsiquent releases.
-When Bruces is knocked out he loses his memory.He does not remember being Batman but has a terrible guilt.Bruce finds the red journal and finishes the sentance,which removes his guilt.A giant bat then appears and Bruce stands eye to eye with it(as scene for a second on the trailer).Bruce then triggers a secret button,after his memory is revived, where the batcave is revealed to him with the batwing, bat boat, and sonar suit in a 2nd layer to the bat cave.Thus explaining the plot hole of how the Riddler missed them.
-Riddler drugs up Chase with a long needle.
-The opening was rearranged and started out with Two Face escaping Akrham Assylam.Bruce Wayne enters the movie inspecting Wayne Enterprises, which starts off with Bruce arriving in a helicopter.More lines from Nigma.
-Different dialogue from Two Face in the Bank action scene.
-Riddler beats a guard with a cane.
-A scene where Batman is in the batcave with Alfred.the doorbell rings. Alfred leaves and comes back with the second riddle.
-Bruce reads his fathers red journal which talks about Bruce wanting to go see a movie, but never finishes the sentence.Bruce starts to think its his fault that his parents are
dead.Later on Bruce finishes the sentence,which talks about his parents wanting to go see another movie and that his movie can wait another week.
-A scene where a lady asks for Nigma's rent and Nigma deals with her may have been filmed.
- A talk show host blaims Batman for the destruction of the Statue of Liberty-like monument.Chase, a panalist on the show, disagrees.
-Batman and Alfred examine one of Nigma's boxes.
