MY STORY

I have been in to climbing for the past 14 years!!! Which is a long time really considering I am only 20 years old.  I started off top-roping at a wall my father and a number of his friends started up about 25 years ago, the wall was very basic with basically chipped mortar between bricks for holds and a few cemented on holds.  Eventually 2 top-roping walls were put up which were also very basic but I tried it one day with my father and ever since I have been hooked!

These days I climb at The Climb, Amersham.  I have climbed there for the past few years and along with my friends have set many boulder problems and even the odd route! Is definitely worth a look!!

At the end of the day though climbing outdoors beats an indoor wall any day!  I am not the greatest climber but grades are not what interest me, more the quality of the route and basically just being outside with my friends having a good time.
