| What you are looking at is a room at the HolidayInn Downtown Miami (Port of Miami). The corner is infested with rot and mold. Immediately evident by by a foul odor if not by plain sight. The Hotel is in blatant violation of sanitary and health standards by offering this room to its guests. No substitute accomodation was available the first day, as this was the only room of its size available. Ever heard of the Warranty of Habitability? If HolidayInn hasn't, then perhaps the Department of Business and Professional Regulation can educate them. |
