1. Right click on the picture you want and select "save picture as.." and save it.
2. Open AIM
3. On the top, go to "people" and select "select buddy icon.."
4. Click on brows PC and find the saved buddy icon.
5. Select it.
6. Now you have a new buddy icon YAY!
