Shield Spell- This wonderful spell is the first you'll learn and probably the most important. Use it to reduce your damage to 1/2. You can find it in the town of Rauru by talking to the lady that comes out of the big house. She'll lead you to an old man that will teach it to you.
Jump Spell- Get the Trophy from the cave in the large desert above North Castle. Then bring the trophy to the woman from the big house in the town of Darunia. She'll lead you to the old man that will teach you this spell. With Jump, you can jump 3 times as high as a normal jump and is necessary to clear the cave south of Darunia.
Life Spell- Bring the Mirror from Saria Town (hidden under the table in the empty house) to the woman in the same town. She'll lead you to the man that will teach you this spell. Life is worthless because it uses too much magic for such a small heal.
Fairy Spell- This spell allows you to turn into a fairy for one screen, so you can dodge enemies and even go through locked doors. You'll need to trade the Medicine to the woman in Mido who leads you to the old man.
Fire Spell- When in Nabooru Town, give the thirsty lady some water and she'll lead you to the old man that teaches you this spell. Fire lets you lauch fireballs for one screen, which is useful against enemies that hate you.
Reflect Spell- Find the child at Maze Island and bring him to his mother at Darunia and she'll teach you this spell. This spell lets you reflect some energy attacks.
Spell Spell- This is a mysterious spell that produces random effects. You need to go to Hidden Kasuto and go to the empty large house to learn this from an old man.
Thunder Spell- Thunder is definitely the most powerful spell in the game. Use it to attack every single enemy on the screen, destroying them. You can learn it in Kasuto, the old man in the first house will teach it to you. Use this spell to reveal the Thunderbird's head when you fight in the last palace. |
