blinked twice, wiped my spectacles, put them back on, and stared at the screen
again.
the screen still said $654.26.
I
blinked yet again, unable to believe my eyes.
(cos the previous time I checked my account balance,
it was $54.26)
AND
IT STILL SAID $654.26!!!!!
haha. the
wonders of the money. (it’s called the devil’s
something too right?) just checked through internet
banking, the money my bosses owed me for my last semester’s hostel stay has
finally come in. and with the income to come from my tuitions, guess I’d be
able to (more than) survive till august.
on
another note (this phrase is beginning to be overused in this blog; as are these parentheses), been being chauffeured around
quite often by friends these days, and tonight’s fast ride home was yet another
temptation to me to get my licence soon. the shallow ones would say the girls will follow soon after.
heh. load
of bull. there’s the car to come first. but that’s not a problem for now. think
I’ll go start my driving lessons soon. after all the
dough is here.
the night hasn’t looked brighter for quite some time already.
