2 (3-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
2 T mayonnaise
2 T sugar
1 (16-oz) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
� cup chopped pecans
1 cup whipping cream
� cup sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise and sugar, stirring until smooth. Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple and chopped pecans. Beat whipping cream until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Add vanilla. Fold whipped cream into cranberry-cream cheese mixture. Spoon into an 8" square dish. Cover and freeze until firm.
