Beer-Cheese Dip
Confetti Rocky Road Bars

1 roll (18-oz) Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 � cups miniature cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, halved or coarsely broken
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6-oz)
� cup salted peanuts
1/3 cup minutes candy-coated chocolate pieces

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In ungreased 13x9" pan, break up cookie dough. With floured fingers, press dough evenly in pan. Bake 13-16 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately sprinkle marshmallows evenly over crust. Sprinkle with half of the cookies. Sprinkle with all of the chocolate chips, peanuts and candy-coated chocolate pieces. Sprinkle with remaining cookies; press lightly into marshmallows. Bake 4-5 minutes longer or until marshmallows begin to puff. Cook completely on wire rack, about 2 hours. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.
