Recipe of the Month - August 2004

Grilled Hamburgers

1 lb ground chuck
1 lb ground pork sausage (mild)
1 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 T Baby Ray's Honey BBQ sauce
salt and pepper to taste

With your hands mix all the ingredients together and form into patties. Grill for about 6 minutes on each side until done trying not to turn over to many times. If you make then thin enough you will only need to turn them once.

Makes about 10 patties.
