Beer-Cheese Dip
Excellent Breakfast Food

One pound sausage
1 8-oz package Philidelphia cream cheese
2 8 count packages crescent rolls

Brown the sausage in a skillet and then drain well. Mix the sausage and cream cheese together well in a bowl and then unroll the crescent rolls. Pull each roll apart along the seams and place a tablespoonful of the sausage mixture at the widest end of the roll. then fold one of the corners from the wide end over the filling to the center, then fold the other corner of the wide end to the same place and touches the first corner; then wrap the long narrow end and pinch to seal it closed Bake as directed on the crescent roll package.

Makes 6-8 servings.
