Beer-Cheese Dip
Luscious Lemon Bars

Crust:
1/4 c butter, softened
2 T confectioners' sugar
1/2 c all-purpose flour

Filling:
1 egg
1/2 c sugar
2 T lemon juice
1 T all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp confectioners' sugar

In a small mixing bowl, cream butter and confectioners' sugar; gradually beat in flour. Press into the bottom of an ungreased 8"x4"x2" loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until set and the edges are lightly browned. For filling, in a mixing bowl, beat the egg, sugar, lemon juice, flour and baking powder until frothy. Pour over warm crust. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Cut into bars.

Makes 8 bars
