Beer-Cheese Dip
Meatball-Cheeseburger Casserole

1 � cups uncooked wagon wheel pasta (6-oz)
1 can (14.5-oz) diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, undrained
1 can (10 �-oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
� c water
1 package (16-oz) frozen cooked meatballs (about 32 meatballs)
� c diced cooked bacon (6 slices precooked)
1 c shredded Cheddar cheese (4-oz)
4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 c)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8" square (2-qt) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. In baking dish, mix tomatoes, soup and water. Stir in meatballs, bacon and pasta. Cover baking dish with foil. Bake 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 10-15 minutes longer or until bubbly and cheese is melted

Makes 6 servings.
