The Falling of Angel Inomine?
Her Story Continues...

Angel served Asgard with great pride and honor, learning many new things and gaining worthy friends.  But during this time she began to look inward and saw a darkness there...one that she felt no need to dispell.  One day, in a fit of rage at losing yet another spar to her Blood Brother she looked at herself in the mirror and gnashed her teeth.  With her ever present dagger she sheared the long black hair from her head, leaving it quite short and she became very cold to all those around her.
She became very thin, skinny, her beauty becomming angular. She did her duty to the best of her ability but a hole was growing within her heart.  The evil she felt growing was not stopped by the attention of her mentor Yon, who taught her so many magics that she had trouble keeping up with them all.
Also during this time it was learned that she had a natural affinity for lightening and could nearly call it at will.  These powers fed the dark place within her and soon she could not look into peoples faces without seeing them dead. Even Yon, who still sparred with her, was not immune to her growing blood lust and hatred for everyone and everything around her, but her ire was  for her Father, Conor, and herself most of all.
She never wore any color other than black, spiraling slowly into greater and greater anguish of rage until one day Yon Thai Yueng decided she should take a different direction in her life and encouraged her to serve the Goddess Majestyka as priestess.  She also learned from him that the medallion that she always carried was in fact her Father, Rictor's, last will and testament.  Carveed upon it in draconian was her fathers pride and love for her...and the knowing of it at long last broke her heart to pieces.  Thus her darkness continued with grief.  Though not all was dark...a friendship grew between her and a completly unemotional man, known only as the Wanderer.  He taught her much in the way of fighting though these efforts only fed her blood lust to near bursting.
She sat alone one night, brooding as usual, in the darkness before the fireplace and then a stranger walked into the hall.  a man named Go-Moretsu.  A Prince of the eastern kingdom of Nippon.  Strange was this man for he seemed to know her inner heart from the very beginning.  Over several such nights his quiet words and glittering green eyes worked through her mind until she realized that even she could be happy in this world.  The gentle warrior Go-Moretsu managed to put the smallest light into her withered heart and that light could only grow.  She cared for this man and seemingly he for her though they see each other seldom.  Time will tell.
She accepted the decision to be Priestess though after months and then finally invoking the Goddess she learned the path of Priestess was not for her...but that of the Holy warrior, the Paladin.  Accepted as Paladin of Athena and Chaplain of Majestyka she began to learn every magic she could, filling book upon book with the spells she learned.  Her light slowly returned and for the first time in a long association, Angel Inomine bested Yon Thai Yueng.  She felt herself ready at this point and the day draws close. A girlish affectation causes her to have magic regrow the hair she so easily shore from her head.
The Queen also accepted Angel as a High Council Member for her loyalty. Also a happy event happened at this time.  An old friend named Lady Sidhe appeared with her multitude of war Ravens, having come to find her friend, Angel that rescued her from a lecherous old Lord, back in her Mercenary days.
I must not fear...fear is the mind killer.  I will face my fear.  I will let it pass over and through me and when it is gone, there will be nothing.  Only I will remain.
Sidhe quickly became Angels student in fighting and is pleasing her Teacher very much.  Gifts of 2 weapons were given her...the Paladins sword Aina from Steven Grieve the Blacksmith and from her beloved Dragon Sun, his very own runed katana. Thus girded with these she will serve her Queen and Goddess as well as friend.

What happens after the Paladin Ceremony, remains to be seen...
