DEIDRE GOODWIN is an accomplished actress/singer/dancer who has graced the stages of Broadway and National Tours.  She is best known for her work in the revival of CHICAGO, both on Broadway and the First National Tour.  Ms. Goodwin has had the opportunity to cover all female ensemble roles, understudy the roles of Velma Kelly and Matron "Mama" Morton, and perform full-time the roles of Annie, June, and Velma (opposite the Roxies of Ann Reinking, Belle Calaway, Angie L. Schworer, Sandy Duncan, Nana Visitor, Petra Nielson, Denise Van Outen, Charlotte d'Amboise, Donna Marie Asbury, Tracy Shayne, and Melanie Griffith.)  Broadway: NINE (Our Lady of the Spa/ Dance Captain), JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (Maid By the Fire/ Soul Girl), THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW LIVE (Phantom, Magenta u/s), and Roundabout's THE BOYS FROM SYRACUSE (Courtesan, Madam u/s.)  National Tour: APPLAUSE (Ensemble.)  Regional: SWEET CHARITY (Helene), ANYTHING GOES (Bonnie), and THE RADIO CITY ROCKETTES.  Other credits include: City Center's THE PAJAMA GAME (Gladys), FUNNY GIRL IN CONCERT (Keeney Girl, Maude),  DREAMGIRLS IN CONCERT (Stepp Sister), Eleventh Annual BROADWAY BARES (Barbarella), benefits and readings, and television appearances with The 2000/ 2003 Tony Awards, Rosie O'Donnell, Today, and The View.  University credits include: KISS ME, KATE (Hattie, "Too Darn Hot" feature), CHICAGO (Roxie Hart), SUGAR (Sugar), and YOUR OWN THING (Olivia.)  Ms. Goodwin can be be seen as June in the film version of CHICAGO, starring Renee Zellweger and Catherine Zeta-Jones, as well as the upcoming October debut of Broadway's NEVER GONNA DANCE.
