Chapter 30: At the NASCAR Trailer
When they get back to the track, they start to head to the NASCAR trailer. Then they see Jeff and Jimmie.
�Uh�code time,� Jr yells.
�Ok,� Robby says.
Jimmie points to Jeff and Jeff�s crew and his crew to where Jr is standing with his buddies. Jimmie and his group start running toward them. Jr and his buddies run to the NASCAR trailer and go in the trailer.
�What is up with this?� Mike asks as they come in.
�They are still chasing us,� Jr says.
�Those little brats,� Mike says. �John, can you go get them again?�
�Ok,� John replies. �I will go and get them.�
�Thanks John,� Mike thanks John. �Now, any other reason you guys are here or did you just come to tell me about them?�
�We don�t know where we are going to be staying tonight,� Robby answers.
�And you need my help?� Mike questions.
�Yes,� Robby replies.
�Alright, what have you guys got for ideas and what have you eliminated?� Mike wonders.
�We have eliminated our trailers and Ashley�s hotel room,� Robby answers. �But we don�t have any ideas yet, Mike.�
�Well, would it be good to get you guys 2 hotel rooms, 2 people per a room?� Mike says.
�That is a good idea, Mike.� Robby comments.
�Alright, I�m gonna call the company that runs the hotel,� Mike says. �Listen, why don�t you boys decided who pairs up with who well I call?�
�Ok�� Robby starts.
�I think I will take Kevin while Robby takes Jr,� Mikey interrupts.
�Wait a sec�why don�t teammates pair up with teammates and its not that I don�t want Jr?� Robby suggests. �Mikey and Jr�me and Kevin.�
�That is a good idea,� Jr comments. �Lets do it!�
�For tonight�s pair, we�ll use Robby�s idea,� Kevin says. �But for tomorrow night, we�ll switch partners.
�Ok,� Jr says.
Mike got off the phone and says, �The manager will be waiting for you when you get there,� Mike say. �Go to the front doors and he will show you the two rooms, ok?�
�Thanks Mike,� Jr thanks him.
The rest thank Mike and then they start to leave the trailer.
�Hold it boys,� Mike says. �I want to talk to two of you by yourself without anyone here.�
�Ok,� Jr and Kevin says.
�Dale Jr and Kevin Harvick, can you please stay behind?� Mike asks. �I want to talk to you about Jimmie, Jeff and Jimmie�s lil bratty crew.�
�Ok,� Jr says. �Mikey and Robby, meet us over at the hotel and please stay with the girls.�
�Now, I have a little statement for you, a question for each and a little more.�
�Ok,� Kevin says.
�Now I talked to Jimmie and his little crew with Jeff and found no conclusion of why,� Mike starts. �I asked for them to stop and I will punish them. Now, their punishments will be�A. I contact Speedway Inc. and they get them good or B. they get fined or C. they get suspended.�
�Ok,� Jr says.
�I told them when I talked to them that if they bothered you again, I�d do one of them,� Mike continues. �Now, what one do you think is most appropriate out of the 3 I told you?�
�I think B or C,� replies Kevin.
�Jr, what�s your opinion on this?� Mike asks.
�I really like C better then B,� Jr answers.
�Alright, So C it will be,� Mike says. �When I finish the next things I have to say and ask, I�ll be letting them in and I want you guys to behave on your part and I�m not saying your bad right now, ok?"
�Ok,� Kevin and Jr says.
�Now, can I ask you both something?� Mike asks.
�Sure,� Kevin replies.
�Who wants to go first?� Mike questions.
�I will like to be asked 1st Mike,� Kevin answers.
�How is your arm since I�ve heard the reports on both of you?� Mike asks.
�It feels a little bit better then before but I still have a lot of pain and the doctor says that it will last until tomorrow at 5pm,� Kevin replies.
�Hmmm�I think I�ll have to talk to the doctor later bout that since it interferes with practice.� Mike says.
�Ok,� Kevin says.
�And I�l get back to you, k?� Mike says.
�Ok,� Kevin answers.
�Alrighty,� Mike says. �Dale Jr, how�s ur side feelings and according to this short report it shouldn�t be hurting at all right now?�
�I feel much better already,� Jr says. �My side is not hurting at all Mike.�
�Good and if I found out your lying, I won�t be happy since another California really isn�t what I want, ok?� Mike says.
�Ok,� Jr says.
�Now, I�m letting them in so no picking on them,� Mikey says. �Jimmie, Jeff Gordon and Jimmie�s crew, get in here now!!!�
Then Jimmie, Jeff and Jimmie�s crew come in. They all take a seat.
�Well, I have news for you all and half the party will probally not like it at all,� Mike starts.
�Ok,� Jimmie says. �What�s the news?�
�And if this is against the rule book, I�m taking you to court,� Chad adds.
�Chad, settle down,� Mike orders. �Its not against the rule book
�Jimmie, Jimmie�s crew and Jeff Gordon are suspended for at least the Daytona Speedweeks because of their dues today with Dale Earnhardt Jr, Kevin Harvick, Robby Gordon and Michael Waltrip. If you guys keep it up, this suspension will be longer. Also, since you injured Dale Jr and Kevin, this will be reported to Speedway Inc, who will come here for a meeting with me, you guys and the boys you picked on.�
�What?� Jimmie and Jeff disbelieve Mike.
�You heard me,� Mike says. �Suspended for the rest of Speedweeks + reported to Speedway Inc.�
�Oh ok,� Jeff says in disbelief.
�I reject!� Chad yells.
�Why do you reject?� Mike asks.
�This is no reason to reject Chad,� Jr adds. �Its not against the rule book and its perfect for the trouble you have caused. Me and Kevin were just trying to have a good day.�
Ok,� Chad says rolling his eyes. �Whatever Jr.�
�Order in the court!� Mike yells over Jr and Chad�s conversation. �Chad Knaus and Dale Jr, split it up. Chad, why do you reject my punishment to you and the rest of your party?�
�We didn�t do nothing but just help Jimmie and Jeff out,� Chad replies.
�Well, for helping them out, I�m still giving you the punishment,� Mike says.
Chad got so mad at Mike and then says, �Ok,�
�So his punishment stays Mike?� Jr double checks.
�Yes,� Mike responds.
�Alright,� Jr says.
�Now, may you please apologize, Jimmie�s little party?� Mike asks.
�No,� Chad rejects.
�Apologize now!� Mike yells.
�Ok, Mike,� Chad says. �I am sorry Jr and Kevin.�
�Jimmie?� Mike says. �Jeff? The rest of Jimmie�s crew?�
�I�m sorry,� Jimmie says.
�I am also sorry,� Jeff says.
�We are sorry Jr and Kevin,� Jimmie�s crew says.
�And I don�t want to see anymore of this little fighting, ok?� Mike says.
They all say ok. Mike then calls Speedway Inc. and lets them know what happened at the track.
�I don�t blame you for suspending them for that long Mike,� the person on the other line says. �Now, I�ll be coming Wednesday at 2pm so you get them ready to have a little chat.�
�Ok,� Mike says. �Thanks. Bye.�
The person on the other end says bye and Mike hangs up. Mike then lets them all go. Jr and Harvick leave the NASCAR trailer and head to the hotel.
