Chapter 12: The Car
So they went back to see the car and jr started looking for anything that was wrong.
�I can�t find anything wrong with the car.� Jr reported to Tony Jr. �What about you Tony Jr?�
�I found something.� Tony Jr reported back. �The hood pins are missing and the hood is lose and something is missing off the engine. Damn it! Can you go get Richie?�
�Ok.� Jr said. Jr then went to get Richie and tell him what happened to the racecar. When Richie got there, he went over and toke a close look at the engine to see what exactly was missing
�What is missing?� Tony Jr asked.
�Spark plug wires, carburetors and the fuel and oil connection wires so jr could look during the race at the pressure gages are disconnected.� Richie explained
�Can you guys fix it before the race or do we need our back up car?� Jr asked wondering.
�These things car be fixed easy enough but if you didn�t get that guy as soon as you boys did, we would have had to change engines.� Richie explained some more.
�Ok.� Jr said relieved
�I�ll get right to it.� Richie said as he started working on the car
�Ok.� Tony Jr said.
Richie started working well Jr and Tony Jr went to tell the rest of the crew that the creep has been caught. Then Jr was looking for Ashley. Then when he found Ashley, he asks her if he can tell her something personal, between them bout the creep.
�Ok.� Ashley said. �I am not going on air for awhile. What do you want to tell me Jr?�
�Creeps been caught by police.� Jr started. �We found out he was here because he was on my trailer, then went to my garage. So me and Tony Jr ran to Mike Helton and told him. He said ok and got the police to catch him. We checked over the car since he was in my garage and found out the spark plug wires, carburetors and the fuel and oil connection wires so I could look during the race are disconnected but Richie said he could fix em and that's what he is doing now.�
�That is good to hear about the creep.� Ashley said. �But when you told me about the car�.that doesn�t sound that good about car but tit good that Richie and the crew are fixing the car.�
�That�s what Tony Jr said.� JR said.
�Ok.� Ashley said.
�Listen, you doing my end of pit road tomorrow night?� Jr asked her
�Yes I am.� Ashley replied. �Why did u ask me?�
�Just curious since we are still together, right?� Jr asked
�Yes we are still together.� Ashley said.
�Good.� Jr said. �Now, I gotta go do some stuff with Tony Eury since he still doesn�t know that the creep is caught. See ya.�
�Ok. See ya.� Ashley replied. Ashley then gave Jr a kiss before he went to work on his car. Jr ran over to where Tony Eury was standing
�What happen with the car?� Tony asked.
�Now, calm down.� Jr said. �The creep got in the garage and ruined the spark plugs, carburetors and something else but Richie said he can fix it. Now, the creep has been caught.�
�Ok.� Tony Eury said.
�No more worries.� Jr said
�That is good news to hear.� Tony said. Then jr was helping the crew with his car.
�Hey guys, this guy really ripped the connection apart.� Richie said. �This sucks. Well, I�ll just have to take the connection parts off the back-up engine and do it which is pretty easy.�
�Ok.� Crew said. Then Mikey came to the garage to talk to Jr.
�What happen to your car?� Mikey asked as he watched the crew work on it.
�Creep.� Jr said rolling his eyes. �He came in the garage and ripped some parts apart but we can fix them. Now, he has been caught.�
�That is not good about your car but it good about that creep has been caught.� Mikey said.
�That�s what we all said.� Jr said.
�Ok.� Mikey said rolling his eyes. �Did you tell Ashley and Amanda about this?�
�Told Ashley, not Amanda since I haven�t seen her.� Jr reported.
�Ok.� Mikey replied. �I think she is staying at my trailer waiting for me. I will let her know about the creep.�
�Ok.� Jr said. �I need to work on my car. Talk to you later. Bye.�
�Bye.� Mikey said as he went to see if Amanda was in his trailer. When he went in, Amanda was sitting there waiting for him.
