"I have something to tell you," Kelley began. I was scared of what she had to tell me.
"What is it Kel?" I ask. She looks into my eyes. I can clearly see the sadness in her's.
"Dale, I don't know how to tell you this but Tony Jr and Amy were killed in a car accident." My closest friend/brother/cousin is gone. How could this be? I begin to cry as she pulls me into a hug. She knew this would hit me hard considering how close me and Tony Jr are. "It's going to be ok.

I watch as he exits the trailer. I look at his eyes and see their full of sadness. He's probably been crying since Wednesday when he found out that his closest friend was gone. The smile I usually see on his face is wiped away, probably floating down the river of tears. I decide that I should approach him. Maybe I can help bring the smile back to life. I walk over to him.
"Hello," I say. He looks over at me. Now I really see the hurt in his eyes.
"Hi Jeff," he replies.
"How are you holding up?"
"Ok." I can tell it's been hard on him. I figure that I should lend him a helping hand atleast.
"Listen, if you need someone to talk to just let me know."

He basically just offered to help. I can't turn that down.
"How about you come over to my motorcoach tonight?" I suggest. He looks surprised. Guess I surprised him with that.
"Sure." He accepts. Glad he's avaible. He then walks away and I watch. Damn he has nice fine black hair...stop thinking that. I so can't fall for Gordo but I am.
So now I sit waiting for him to show up. I sit on the couch waiting. I hope I haven't made any mistakes. I hear a knock and that must be him. I go open the door and he stands there.
"Hi," He says. I look at him in his eyes. They are beaming with the color of blue.
"Hello," I reply. "Come in." He follows me in and we sit on the couch.
"Do you still want to talk about it?" I look down. Nopw that the moment has come I'm scared but for some reason I feel I can trust Jeff.
"Yeah I do. I need to get it off my chest."
"Have you talked to anyone yet?" Thinking about it I should've told Kel my feelings when she told me. Guess I was afraid of her feelings then I guess.
"No."
"Well start talking Dale. What do you wanna say first?" He's puts those words out so easy. How does he do that?
"I really don't know. How it has hurt me down inside."
"Well that sounds good. If that's what you want to get out first, then feel free to start talking Dale. Remember, I'm here to listen and give you advice. That's what we agreed on." I still can't believe how he put that together.
"Well I just don't know how to put it Jeff. It's just torn my heart apart because he was one of the only people I could trust with any secret that I had. Plus no matter what was going on, he was understanding. I don't know how to word the rest of it." Damn I just spilt my heart out. That is so not like me.
"Well Dale, that's understandable. I've seen you both together and I knew you both were close. But you just got to realize that you got people who love and will hold your trust up. What else is on your mind?" He put that into some good sentences. I am glad I went to him.
"Like I said, I can't explain it." He wraps his arms around me. Mmmm I feel confortable in his arms.
"Well that's ok Dale. It's sometimes hard to explain these things." I just realize I layed my head back on his shoulder and he's ok with it. Why do I feel like we're falling in love with each other.
"Yeah, your right." I feel tears coming to my eyes; I knew this would probably happen.
"Let them fall Dale. You need to let them out." I let them fall and he rubs my back. Now I really think we are falling for each other.
"Thanks for coming over tonight." He looks at me with his eyes. I can see the fire burning in his eyes.
"Hey, I could tell you needed someone to confort you Dale." He was right. How does he know my feelings so well?
"Jeff, can I ask you something a little personal?" He looks at my eyes. I can see the fear yet excitement at the same time. I have to wonder if we're thinking the same thing.
"Go ahead Dale. You can ask me anything." I smile a little.
"Are you...umm....ok, here it goes. I may have noticed something that isn't there but I noticed that were well...a little close in our decusions tonight. And I am just wondering out some weird couriousity but do you...oh....."
"Love you?" I sit there surprised. How'd he know I was going to say that.
"Yeah. Do you?" He puts my hands into his. I look at him straight in his eyes; they seem to be beaming an even brighter blue right now.
"Dale, I have always admired you and tonight it's gone to another level. Do you love me?" I look down and then back up at him. I might as well put my feelings out on the table.
"Yea but I'm not sure about it through." He looks at me with his eyes. I can tell he has a plan.
"Well let me show you how I feel and then you can tell me how you feel, deal?" I think about it. What's the worse that could happen?
"Deal." He then starts kissing me around my neck and it feels so nice. His lips are as smooth as a baby's bum with a touch so soft you'd think he was a teddy bear. "Mmmmm....that feels so nice."
"Are you ok with me continuing?" I look at his eyes and start to unbutton his shirt. I hope he takes this as an idea. I start kissing him from top to bottem and he smiles and does the same to me. I'm liking this. "Mmmm...ooooo."

We both get up and relize what we have gotten ourselves into. I just hope that Ingrid doesn't find out.
"You better go get a shower Jeff before you go," Dale warns me. "I don't think she'd agree with you coming home like this." I laugh. He's got a good point. I walk into the bathroom and look back at him. I can tell his crystal eyes are beaming with happiness, the goal coming into my night has been achieved.
Later on when I come out, I see him relaxing on the couch watching tv in his boxers. Hmmm I so just want to start our earlier fun again but when I look at the time, I realize I better go. I don't think she'll be happy with me coming home at midnight.
"Well I better go," I say. He looks over at me smiling.
"Ok," He replies. "Thanks for coming again." He then gives me a wink and I laugh.
"Anytime Dale, anytime. Bye Junebug."
"Bye wonder boy!" I look back at him. He is so not coming me Wonder Boy. But I don't bother pushing the issue tonight. It's too late to espically since we have practice tomorrow morning at 10:30. I then leave and head to my motorcoach. I unlock the door quietly hoping that she is asleep. I know she won't be happy with me. But when I get in, she is laying on the couch reading a magazine.
"Hey sweetie," She says.
"Hi babes," I reply. "Sorry I'm late. It's just Dale and I had a long talk about things." She smiles. I just hope she buys my story.
"That's fine Jeff. But you better get to sleep so you get up in the morning." I roll my eyes. She had to give me advice on bedtime. Damn I hate bedtime advice.
"Yeah. Nite sweetie."
"Nite." I then walk to the bedsroom smiling. I am sure going to have some nice dreams tonight.
