Jr.'s POV

"Are you feeling better?" I ask.

"A little." She told me. I'm happy to hear that.

"Ok." I give her a hug. "I love you."

"I love you too."

The phone than rings.I grab it. I peak at the Caller ID and see its Elliot calling.

"Hey Elliot."

"Hey Jr." I can sense he's been crying.

"Elliot, whats wrong?"

"I got something to tell you." I feel a bad chill.

"What...what do you need to tell me?"

"Mac..." Uh oh.

"What about Mac? Elliot whats wrong?"

"Someone killed him." I feel tears coming down my cheeks. I can't believe this.

"Who told you?"

"Rusty. I went over to see Mac and Rusty was there outside with Katie. He came over to me and told me."

"How's Katie?"

"She's really sad."

"Ok. Who do you think did it?"

"No clue. You know?" I thought of some stuff yet nobody really popped out.

"Nope. Wish I did."

"Who hated Mac?" I thought some thoughts through and then got a idea.

"Kasey."

"What?"

"Kasey took him out at Bristol."

"And thats motive? Jr., we need more." I let that run through. He's got a good point.

"True. Casey knows a lot of shit. So does Jeremy."

"Tomorrow?" How'd he know what I was thinking?

"Sure. See ya Coolez."

"Bye Junebug." I then put the phone back on the hook and then started to cry.

Ashley came over to me and asked, "What's wrong baby?"

"Elliot just called with some bad news." I start off.

"Oh no. And I heard Jamie. Oh no! Not Mickey!" I shake my head yes. "Who did it?"

"Don't know. Me and Coolez think Kahne yet have doubts. Were going to see Mears and Jeremy tomorrow."

"Kasey killing Mickey? No way! Kasey wouldn't do that!"

"He did try to on me."

"Through pressure Jr."

"But he knows how Ash. Thats the key. Plus he hurt Elliot. He could do it if he wanted."

"Well me and Elliot will find out who did it. Regarding of who, we have some plans for them no matter what."

"Which are?"

"Justice under the law!" By now I'm in tears. Ashley has her arms around me and no matter how hard I try, I just can't stop the tears. All I know is someone is in trouble. Big trouble.

Ashley's POV

"Be careful ok?" I beg. I can't believe he's going with Elliot to figure this out on his own.

"I will. I promise sweetie." he gives me a kiss and then leaves. I go to the couch and sit down. I grab the phone and dial Shane's number.

"Hello?" Shane answered his phone.

"Hey Shane. You can come over now."

"Ok. Be ready."

"I will. Bye."

"Bye Ash!" I then hang up and sit there thinking. I just hope Jr. doesn't find out.

Elliot's POV

Me and Jr. go inside Ganassi Racing and over to one of the personel there.

"Hello. Is Mears in today?" I ask. I'm hoping he is.

"Yes. He's in his office." Good boy.

"May we go see him?"

"Certianly."

Me and Jr. go up to Casey's office and knock.

"Come in!" Casey yells. Nice choice. We open the door and walk in. Jr. shuts the door and we sit down. "Hey Jr. and Elliot."

"Hey Case. Sorry to hear about Mac." Jr. starts off.

"Thanks." Casey says.

"You know anything about Mac's relationship with Kasey that we don't know?" I ask.

"Well Kasey was here on Monday." Casey tel us. Interesting.

"2 days ago. What do you know from that?"

"Argument about shit. Donnie knows more." I think that through. What shit is there to argue to provoke murder?

"Would Donnie tell us?"

"Yeah. He's got nothing to lose." True.

"Can you get him for us?"

"Sure. Casey leaves. He then comes back minutes later with Donnie. "I told him the scoop. Now tell em Donnie.

"It was a loud argument. They kept going back and forth...." I was getting annoyed at the slow pace.

"Donnie...stop! Facts are needed; not details. What was it about?"

"The wreck and a party." I look at Jr. than at Donnie.

"What party?"

"Jeremy's."

"What about the party."

"A drinking deal."

"Go on."

"Jamie got Kasey incredibly drunk. This was after Kasey told Jamie to make sure that didn't happen yet Jamie did the opposite."

"Why would Jamie do that?"

"Don't know. Jeremy knows all that happened with that. Ask him."

"Are pleassure." I then turned to leave. "Oh yeah. Thanks for the scoop."

"No prob boys." Donnie assured us. Jr. then followed me outside.

"Would Jeremy let up?" I ask Jr.

"Yeah. After some work with criminal charges."

"Such as?"

"Protecting a criminal."

"Smart!"

We then get into Jr.'s car and head off to Everingham Motorsports.

Shane's POV

I knock on the door and Ashley answers. She then leads me inside to the couch. We sit down.

"I can't believe we had to wait so long to see each other like this." I comment. I give her a kiss.

"I know. I'm so sorry it has to be this way Shane."

"Its ok. I understand baby girl. When are you going to tell Jr.?"

"I don't know Shane. I mean, there's something I got to tell you. I'm pregnant and the baby may be his or your's. I dunno yet and won't know for another week." I can't believe this.

"You've been pregnant for this long without telling me?"

"Yeah. I'm so sorry I didn't tell you." A tear comes down from her eye. I wip it off her face.

"Its ok. So you going to tell him after the baby is born?"

"Yep."

"Ok. Thats fine with me."

"Do you still love me the same?"

"Yeah. And I always will. Do you love me?"

"Yes."

"Ok." I then give her a big hug.

Jr.'s POV

We walk into Jeremy's office and close the door.

"Hey Jeremy. We believe Kasey killed Jamie. You know by hiding dirt you can be changed with protecting a criminal. So fill us in." I start off.

"Nothing to tell." Can't believe this guy. How dare him!

"Hmmm what about your party? Jamie got Kasey drunk after Kasey told him not to. What happened to provoke that?"

"Argument before."

"About?"

"Some girl stuff. Kasey says Katie is a slut and a cheater. They got into a argument."

"Ok."

"Who does Kasey think Katie is cheating on Mac with?" Elliot randomly asks.

"Some guy named Chris." I run that through yet no one pops up.

"Ok. Did Kasey say anything to you about killing Mac?" I ask.

"Well he said he was going to see him yesterday." I look at Elliot than back to Jeremy.

"He did it! Kasey killed Mac! Thanks Jeremy."

"Your welcome."

We then leave. I'm glad thats over.

Tony Jr.'s POV

Qualifying is so annoying espically the wait to see if you got the pole. I decide to use my time wisely and go over to Ashley.

"We need to talk Ash." I start.

"About?" she asks.

"You cheating on my cousin!"

"What?"

"I know about you and Shane."

"Ly...thats a lie."

"Yeah...right. I saw you two Ash. What the fuck is up between you two?"

"Its a long story I'd rather not tell." Hmmm interesting. Like I care.

"Whatever. When is this going to end?"

"A week. About a week Stiffy." Can't believe this girl.

"Why a week? Why not now? Ashley, I hate seeing Jr. betrayed."

"Its a long story I can't tell you. Jr. will find out in a week. He will find out from me. And Shane." She then leaves. What could be up that I don't know?

Jr.'s POV

I can't believe what I just heard between those two. Why would she cehat on me with Shane?

Ashley's POV

I lay there in the hospital on the bed with Jr. beside me. I'm still pretty sore from the C section. Now its time to set things straight!

"Tell Shane its time to come in. I need to tell you something." I tell Jr.

"Ok." Jr goes and gets Shane. They then come in.

"Shane knows everything I'm about to say. And before I start I'm terribly sorry."

"Just tell him Ash." Shane urged me.

"Before I meet you Jr., I was dating Shane. We broke it off. I then meet you and instantly fell in love with you. Partway through are relationship, Shane told me he wanted to make-up for his mistakes. He knew he was in the wrong. I told him I was over that and I was with you. Overtime for awhile, I fell more and more for Shane yet didn't want to break it off with you Jr. These last 6 to 8 months, me and Shane have been secretly spending time together. I would've told all sooner and split yet one thing stopped me. I've had sex with both of you in the time before I got pregnant so I don't know who the baby's father is. Again I'm sorry." I see a tear come down Jr.'s face.

"Ash you could've told me anytime. I would've understood. Fuck I can't believe this."

"Jr., stop there! She was scared to tell you." Shane explained.

"Shut up Shane! You could've fucking told me right?"

"Both of you stop please. Don't blame one another. Jr., Shane is right. I didn't tell you cuz I was scared. And I made him swear he wouldn't tell anyone." I explain.

"Whatever. You should've understood that I would be ok with it. I knew you two still had a little feeling for one another like it or not."

"Jr., don't be mad with Shane. Its my fault; be mad at me. It was my decision. Don't break-off your friendship with Shane cuz of me. Break it off with me yet not Shane."

"I can't believe any of this. First you admit to cheating than you say that? Ash...forget it."

"No tell me."

"It doesn't matter."

"Fine. Oh we got the pertunity test already started. Shane gave them some DNA. Match = Shane; no match = you, Jr., ok?"

"I don't care."

"Come on Jr. Please hear us out." Shane begged. I kind've agreed with that.

"Shane, I'll remain friends with you no matter what. Yet with Ash? No I'm sorry."

"Its ok. I understand." I tell Jr. as the doctor comes in the room.

"How are you feeling Ashley?" he asks.

"Sore."

"Where?"

"Around my stomach."

"Ok. How bad does it hurt?"

"Not that bad."

"Ok. The results are back from the test. The DNA from Sahne matches the baby's." I give Shane a big hug. I'm glad thats one less thing to worry about.

"Shane, can we call her Angel?"

"Of course my daer. Thats a beautiful name." He then gave me a kiss. Jr. then left the room. I could tell he took this hard.

Tony Jr.'s POV

"I heard it all cuz and I'm sorry." I tell him. I give him a big hug.

"Its ok. Atleast their happy." Jr. tells me. How could he be like that?

"Yeah. But what about you? How are you taking this?"

"Its hard. I just...just can't believe she'd do that to me."

"Thats the bitch she is."

"Stiffy! Even through she did this don't start calling her names." A tear than rolls down his cheek. I can tell he is heartbroken.
