Jr.'s POV

"I can't believe they weren't convicted. I mean we had enough against them." I randomly say.

"Kasey's word isn't enough. He hated them." Shane told me. I guess he's got a good point.

"At least yoou got Brian out of here." Tony Jr. comments. How dare him to forget about the others.

"Cuz, thats not enough for me." I tell him. "Yeah, he killed Martin but we don't have the mastermind do we?"

"Guess not." Thats what I thought!

"And what about Elliot? Shane? And Tyler? They should be caught for that."

"Your right. Why didn't you guys get Kasey?"

"Elliot's choice. Elliot chose not to. I respected his wishs. Also, he led us to the mastermind."

"Ok well lets go."

"Ok."

"Can I drive?" Shane asked me. I'm pretty picky who drivers my car yet I sometimes would let Shane.

"Sure." I said. I throw him the car keys. We all get in and head off.

"Ok change the song." Tony Jr. yells from the backseat. He never specifies his requests.

"To what?" I ask.

"Linkin Park...uh.." Oh no he goes his rampage of artists.

"No. Hold up, I got one for yeah." I flip through my CD case and find one of my mix CDs. I put it in and scan through the songs till I find a good song. "Happy?"

"Yep."

"Good."

Shane then looked in his mirror at the stop light and then looked at me. "Check the mirror." he tells me. I look and see Kyle following us.

"What are we gonna do?"

"Lets try to trick him off by taking that tricky route you know."

"Ok. Do you know it?" Please know it well.

"Yep. Gotta turn on to Candy rd two lights down right?" I'm glad he has a good memory.

"Yeah. Don't mess up Shane."

"I won't. Its easy now." Good thing it is.

"Ok. I trust you."

"Jr., what if we go to my dad's house? Its not far off and we won't get stuck in a jam?" I thought it over. I was trying to think if it would work.

"Where is Steve's house?"

"Chocolate lane." I now know the area yet does Shane know how to get there.

"Ok. Do you know how to get there?"

"Go down candy rd, turn on Sunshine boulevard and go down till you get to chocolate lane. Then turn into the correct driveway when I see it." Smart job.

"Shane, go for it!"

Shane drove and soon we were at his parent's house. We all got out and went up to the porch.

Shane's POV

I knocked and my mom answered. I gave her a big hug.

"Shane, why are you here with the others?" she asked.

"Let us come in and we'll explain." I told her. She then led us to the living room and we all sat down. "Kyle and Scott weren't convincted. Kyle was following us. We first decided to take a hidden route yet decided not to and decided to come here."

"What? Kyle got away with the murder of Tyler?" She questioned. I knew that was coming.

"Yes."

"Thats ridiciouslous." Thats for sure.

"Mom I know. And Scott got away with tying me up and all that. I didn't tell you."

"Why?"

"I wanted to keep it secret." I'm in for it.

"Shane! Tell me everything right now!" I knew that was coming.

"Scott got me all tied up so Kyle could get Tyler. He was blackmailed just like Kasey. Yet I'm starting to disbelieve that because he won't speak up."

"And who gave you the scoop on Scott?"

"Kasey."

"Ok. Well I'm glad I know now. So will Kyle tell Kasey's secret?"

"Good chance."

"Or he may kill him." Jr suggested. I can't believe Jr. How could he say that?

"What?" I asked.

"Kasey almost got him convicted of murder."

"What about Jeff? He led us to Brian."

"I don't think Kyle cares about Brian being convicted. Plus there is no way he could kill his teammate."

"Are you suggesting Jimmie may be involved?" I think that one through. He could be on to something.

"No I suggested no killing of Jeff due to teammates yet thats a thought."

"What about Kurt?" Tony Jr. suggested. Man that guy can be quiet yet when he thinks of something it is useful.

"Yeah. Brotherhood to Kyle." I state.

"But Kurt is friends with me." Jr. adds. He's got a point.

"But you know as well as I, Jr. You'd betray you best friend for Kelley or Taylor." Tony Jr. stats. Gosh he is smart.

"True. Gosh this hard." You can say that again.

"And it'll get worse." a voice whispered. Ok this is getting creepy.

"What was that?" my mom asked. I am wondering the same thing also. I look around and see nothing.

Soon after Kyle, Kurt, Scott and Jimmie came in. Kyle grabs Jr., Scott grabs me, Jimmie grabs Tony Jr. and they take us seperate ways. Oh I hope dad is home soon.

Steve Hmiel's POV

"Let me know right when you here from Jr. ok?" Teresa tells me.

"I will. I'll call you right away." I assure her. I go out and head home. I just that I got some good news for Teresa.

When I get home, I hear screaming from inside. I get out of my car and run inside. I see Linda tied up. I go and untie her.

"What happened sweetie?" I ask.

"Kyle, Kurt, Jimmie and Scott. They captured the boys and splitted them up." she tells me.

"Who?" I hope not Jr. or Shane.

"Shane, Jr. and Tony Jr." my worst wishes.

"Ok. You call 911 and I'll go find them." I then run upstairs.

"Dad!" Shane yells. I run into my room. I see Shane tied up and crying. I go over to him and start untieing him.

"What happened Shane?"

"Scott brought me up here and started to beat me up. Soon after he tied me up and left."

"Ok. Are you ok?"

"I'm sore yet I didn't get the worst of it." I get the last knot out and give him a big hug.

"Ok. Who?"

"Jr.!" Oh no.

"Where is he?"

"Me and Tyler's old room."

"Ok. Now you just stay here and I'll go get Jr."

"Ok."

I go to the boy's old bedroom. I go in and see Jr. laying there uncautious.

"Steve?" I hear a voice. I turn and see Tony Jr. I go over to him and untie the 2 or 3 knots easy.

"You saw it go down?" I ask.

"Yep. Kyle and Jimmie made me." Aww I feel so bad for him. I mean, he loves Jr. so much and to see something like this happen makes my heart break for him. I see a couple tears from Tony Jr.'s eyes. I give him a hug.

"Its ok. He'll be ok."

"Are you sure?"

"Positive." I hope I'm right.

"Ok. I trust you."

"You better."

Two paramedics then come in the room.

"Go with Jr." I tell Tony Jr.

"How's Shane?"

"Sore."

"Ok. You going to call Teresa or shall I?"

"If you call your dad, I'll call Teresa and Kelley."

"Deal!"

I go back to where Shane is sitting.

"How...how is he?" Shane asks.

"He's uncautious. Tony Jr. is ok."

"Ok."

A cop then walks in the room. "Do you know who did this?"

"Kyle Busch, Kurt Busch, Jimmie Johnson and Scott Riggs."

"Ok. What happened?" Shane then starts to cry a little. I then cuddle him hoping it'll help a little.

"I was downstairs talking to Jr., Tony Jr. and my mom. In the middle of are conversation, they walked in and Scott grabbed me while Kyle grabbed Jr. and Jimmie grabbed Tony Jr. Scott took me to here and started to beat me up. After awhile. he took some rope out of his bag and tied me up. He then left."

"Ok. Are you ok?"

"I'm sore but I'll be ok."

The cop then leaves.

Jr.'s POV

I slowly open my eyes and look around.

"Jr.?" I hear.

I turn and see Kelley. "Hey sis."

"Hey Jr. Are you ok? Sore anywhere?" The protective sister I love is at it again.

"I'm sore pretty much everywehre."

"Ok. Don't worry. You'll be ok." Oh I hope I will.

Then the doctor came in.

"Hello. I have some news to tell you. Junior, you suffered a lot of lurcerations yet will recover nicely." I'm glad the ending is good.

"Ok." I say.

"The bad news I have doesn't regard you. Do you know a Kasey Kahne?" I'm pretty worried now.

"Yep. Good friends. Why? Whats wrong with Kasey?"

"Someone went after him. He is now in a coma and may not wake up." I feel like I'm gonna cry yet somehow I stop myself.

"Ok. Can I go see him?"

"Certianly."

"Need help?" Shane asks as he enters the room.

"Shane!" Shane comes over and gives me a hug. Oh I'm so glad to see him.

"Naw I'll be fine." I then slowly got up. I went down to Kasey's room with Shane and Elliot. I walk and go over to his bed. "I'm so sorry you have to go through this."

Kasey's POV

I wake up and look around. At the end of my look around, I see Jr. sitting there. "Hey Jr."

"Kasey!" Jr gives me a hug. "Hey."

"Kyle told me what happened to you. How are you?"

"Sore but I'll be ok. How about you?"

"Really sore."

"Did he try to kill you?"

"Yep."

"Shithead!"

"We have got to have his ass now."

"We do."

The doctor than walked in.

"Hello Kasey. You have a minor concussion and some broken bones." the doctor says as he walks in.

"Ok."

Elliot's POV

Sitting in that damn courthouse again is annoying yet I can't wait. They said they'd plead guilty to all charges.

"Kyle Busch, do you plead guilty to the murder of Tyler Hmiel, attempted murder to Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Kasey Kahne and leader of a group attack?" the judge asked.

"Yes." Kyle answered. Good boy!

"Scott Riggs, do you plead guilty to the attempted murder to Shane Hmiel twice?"

"Yes." Scott answeres.

"Jimmie Johnson, do you plead guilty to helping in the murders and attempts?"

"Yes." Jimmie says.

"Kurt Busch, do you plead guilty to helping in the murders and attempts?"

"Yeah." Kurt says.

I look at the others. Jr. is happy to see they gave up whule Shane is crying. I know why. I put my hand on his back and start rubbing it a little back. I feel bad for Shane. Him and Tyler had that special bond and now its gone. Its just too sad what we all have to go through.
