What if they were not they?

** Don’t throw rotten egg at me! **

 

Toshiya yawn and opens his eyes, looking at the mirror in front of him. He has just wake up and was still in sleeping condition but the very next moment, Toshiya widen his eyes, seeing something horrifying in the mirror.

 

“ AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!” Toshiya dash out of the bathroom, yelling.

 

The same time, another yelling was heard from the other room. Another person dash out of the room, knocking onto Toshiya who had just dash out. Both sat on the floor and look up at each other, then they shout again.

 

“ AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!” This time it is with Shinya voice.

 

Toshiya and Shinya were still sitting on the floor staring at one another in horrifies.

 

 

“ What did you say?” Kaoru asked again, not quiet believe in what he had heard from his bandmate.

 

“ I’m actually Shinya!”

 

“ I’m Toshiya!”

 

Die, Kyo and Kaoru stare at one another, confused. Toshiya was saying that he is Shinya and Shinya was saying that he is Toshiya? They had exchange their bodies? They consider the situation again and laugh, not believing them.

 

“ It’s truth!” Both Toshiya and Shinya exclaimed together.

 

“ That’s not a good joke!” Kaoru starts to believed them, seeing how serious they are.

 

“ We’re having a concert tonight…” Die added. “ It’s not a good thing if this really is truth.”

 

“ Great! Let see how’s our bassist becoming our drummer.” Kyo was the only thinking the situation is funny, he always like wired thing.

 

The other four people glared at the vocalist.

 

 

They arrival at the concert hall, all were looking nervous. They had not think of a solution and had to go on with the concert if they is still no solution. ‘Toshiya’ pick up his bass, starts adjusting the chord but end up breaking the line. ‘Shinya’ sits in front of the drum, trying to recall the time when he play the drum, he was lucky enough that he did play the drum before but he end up throwing the drumstick out.

 

Kaoru nearly get a heart attack from the two. Die jaw drop wide open. Kyo was grinning, nothing can really make him nervous.

 

“ Hey, how’s thing getting on for you guys?”

 

Toshiya and Shinya eyes lighten up. Their producer is here, the great Yoshiki-sama of X-Japan, also the man both Toshiya and Shinya likes. From this view, Shinya and Toshiya were actually rival, they were trying to win their producer heart.

 

“ Very bad.” Kyo reply, sticking out his tongues.

 

Kaoru glared at him. He does not want Yoshiki to know about the problem, which indeed was a big joke to everyone.

 

“ What very bad?” Yoshiki asked but his voice was cover by the most horrifying high pitch.

 

“ Yoshiki-sama!”

 

Kaoru and Die covered their ear from the shrieking sound given out by the drummer and bassist, which were expected. They always shriek like killing chicken when they see Yoshiki, all they want is to attract their producer attention.

 

Yoshiki sweatdrop, smiled to the two who was already walking near him.

 

“ Shinya how’s the drumstick that I ask you to use?”

 

“ Yes, yes whatever thing you ask me to use is always the best.” Shinya answered immediately, forgetting that he is now the bassist look.

 

“ Eh? I am talking to Shinya.” Yoshiki was confuse why the bassist answer him instead.

 

Toshiya and Shinya looked at one another, laughed stupidly. ‘Shinya’ then make use of this chance, push ‘Toshiya’ away and clutch onto Yoshiki hand pulling him to the other side.

 

“ He always likes to talk so much.” ‘Toshiya’ say and step onto ‘Shinya’ leg while walking passed the drummer.

 

‘Shinya’ rub on his burning leg and curse the bassist.

 

Kaoru frown. Wondering why the two still have the mood to do this type of argument.

 

 

Later during the concert, Kaoru had finally think of a way that is they record down the bass and drum part and play it with ‘Toshiya’ and ‘Shinya’ doing the action of playing.

 

The concert ended with Kaoru hair virtually turns white. The two was giving out all sort of trouble like dropping the drumstick and breaking the chord, falling down on the stage as the drummer never had to walk on the stage that much.

 

After all these problem, Kaoru had to bear two more night if they still could not have their bodies back. They have another night of concert to go. Kaoru nearly cry out but Kyo was enjoying the ‘fun’.

 

 

The next morning, Toshiya wake up and went to look at the mirror, hoping that it was just his dream yesterday night. He opens his eyes slowly and was overjoyed to see his real face. So it was just a dream huh, though it feels so real to him, Toshiya though. Just then he heard screaming from the other room and dash out to have a look.

 

Toshiya saw Shinya also coming out of his room; they look at each other, still thinking that they were just dreaming yesterday. Anyway they get back their real body. Just then someone dash pass them, knocking onto Shinya.

 

“ WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!” That person was still shouting, follow by another screaming behind them.

 

Toshiya look behind and sees the other screaming sound come from Die and the person who was in front of them was Kaoru. Both Toshiya and Shinya wonder what going on with their leader until they get to know that…

 

“ I’m Kaoru!”

 

“ I’m Die!”

 

Toshiya look at the person in front. Kaoru was saying that he is Die. Shinya look at the person behind. Die saying that he is Kaoru. So they were not dreaming, what happened yesterday was truth.

 

But at least the concert that night was easier. Die and Kaoru just have to exchange their turn for playing the guitar but still Kaoru nearly killed himself. Kyo was still finding the exchanging of body was fun.

 

 

The last day of the concert, Kaoru and Die woke up and find they recovering to what they really are. Like Toshiya and Shinya, they thought they were dreaming at first.

 

“ WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!”

 

The most horrible sound of screaming was being heard outside of their room. Kaoru dash outside his room, Die was already outside. Shinya and Toshiya just came out too. Kyo was also there.

 

“ Why are you screaming?” They asked Kyo, knowing that it was the vocalist voice just now.

 

“ I’m not Kyo!” The ‘Kyo’ reply.

 

Kaoru fainted.

 

They looked at one another.

 

“ I’m Toshiya!” Toshiya say first, verifying that he did not exchange body with Kyo.

 

“ I’m Shinya!”

 

“ I’m also Die.”

 

“ And I think that is really Kaoru or he won’t faint like that.” Die said, agreed by the other two.

 

“ Who are you then?” They asked ‘Kyo’ together.

 

Kaoru by now had just wake up.

 

“ I’m xxx!” ‘Kyo’ reply.

 

Kaoru fainted again.

Author note: Isn’t it a stupid fic! Hahaha ^__^; I’m just too boring and starts thinking that what will happen if they really exchange their bodies so I wrote this fic. Think of a person that takes over ‘xxx’ that exchange bodies with Kyo. Actually I was trying to think of someone who sings really badly… I’m killing KaoKao t__t
