Some say the Accord is a "boring family sedan". But with it's 125 HP VTEC engine the Honda Accord Ex can be something a little more. With somewhat high weight and low horsepower, you are probably asking yourself, "How can this car be made into something a little more? It's slow!"

This car is not widely used by drag racers,but, does have a very large following for it. These cars are often used in the Touring Car Championships in Europe, where they compete with much higher HP cars, and, win often.

But the real beauty in the Accord is the number of parts available for it. Even turbo's are available for this Honda sedan, and, being a Honda, has many other parts available for it too. While not the most popular Honda out there, it is still a good base to build on with it's VTEC engine. If it has VTEC, it has potential. And this is the real secret in this import sedan.
