It was the best of times, the worst of times.

 

Some found new loves,

Some lost those loves,

Some found new friends,

Some sadly lost friends.

Some shared laughter

Some shared our sadness.

Some found an escape

Some found new problems

Some learned

Some taught

Some found wisdom

Some found knowledge

Some found hope

Some found conflict

 

The hours many of us spent in those lost rooms will never be forgotten.  I have many wonderful memories from there.  I think of many of you so often, and many of you I am still in contract with.  Some of you became my family.  Many dear dear friends.  But All of you touched my life in someway.

 

I thank you all for those wonderful hours,  and the support many of you gave me through the years..  Many of you have seen my life fall apart and helped me pick up the pieces again.

 

How I miss the chats.  But from those chats I think many grew and became a more rounded person, that had been exposed to other cultures, beliefs, ideas, and others dreams.  From those things we grew..even if you didn’t realize it.  Some became a better person, while others sadly….. only their egos grew..

 

I often wonder what happened to many of those young, bright, wonderful minds that came to that room.   Some were so brilliant, yet misguided.  The hope I had for them..  One such wonderfully bright, knowledgeable, misguided young lady, I know grew into a wonderful young woman, and a successful one..  I am so very proud of her!

 

 

 

And what has Marleei been up to..  Well..  she is still living.. For a woman that was Moses’ baby sitter..  that’s a big thing you know!

 

I am back in Michigan again, where I have been for the last 2 years now.  I came back here to work again, (as a traveling nurse).  But sadly,  in May 0f 2003, I injured myself at work and have not worked since.  But, a little over a month ago I had back surgery and with luck and hard work..  I hope to be back to work by spring…

 

I will become a grandma for the first time this coming Dec.   woooohooooo!!!!  Can you tell I am happy about that?

I am still crazy,  happy,  and  computer stupid!!

I still can not use MIRC, or any other chat program..  MS Chat was soooooooo  easy..  without it.. I am lost..
