Matt Hargrave is 16 yrs old, the bass player and has been in Defaced since the beginning. This is Matt's first band and learned how to play from the members of Defaced and Perish as Fools. Matt has greatly improved and tears shit up with his sick bass riffs. During the show, Matt's usually the one how gets a good kick into Nick during the mosh pit.
Matt's influences include The Dillenger Escape Plan, Today Is The Day, Cave In, and Neurosis.
