This console is from a 94+ Integra. Minor mods need to be done to make this console fit. You will need the brackets out of the Integra. Most of the cutting/drilling will need to be done on the brackets themselves. The console/armrest fits perfect to your existing dashboard. The best bet is to take out the middle section of your Civic Console and mount it to the Integra console outside the car. Once you have them lined up drill holes in the Integra console to mount together. You may have a small gap in each corner but it should be extreamly small. You should not expect any other problems then this.
The Integra seats do fit in the 88-91 Civic with modification. This mod isn't easy. From the Integra you will need all parts/railing that come with the seats. You need to remove one side of the railings from the Integra seat and swap the original Civic railing to it. After you do this you must drill new holes to mount the railings. Make sure you remove the seat belt holder from the Integra seat also or the seats will not fit in your car. Once the seats are together you will need to put them in your car. The first thing you will notice is that you will have a 2+ inch gap in the rear of the seats. To correct this you must get some spacers "hardware stores sell them" Once the seat is seated correctly you will have to enlarge the original holes on the mounting brackets. Do not redrill your floor board since this will not be as strong as your factory.
Unscrew two screws holding the turn signal in place. When you have the two screws out you can take out the turnsignal. When you open up the turnsignal you will see an orange plasic reflecter, squeze it to remove. Then replace the signal bulb. Then rescrew.
In this swap you are replacing your rear drum brakes to rear disk brakes. You will need brake components from a 90-91 CRX Si or a 90-93 Integra
Heavy duty brake cleaner Dot 3 Brake fluid Hose for bleeding brake Jar for excess brake fluid rotors for same year as control arms (new?) Rear Control Arms from 90 crx or 90-93 Integra
jack 2 Jackstands 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 17mm sockets and 12mm wrench plug for brake line Hammer Prybar Philips Screw Driver (+) adjustable wrench
First remove e-brake covering. Back off e-brake adjuster enough to remove the cable ends from the bracket. Loosen lugs, jack up car, remove rims. Remove the 5 screws on exhaust heat shielding and take out heat shield. Remove the 3 screws that hold the bracket that has the e-brake cables entering the cabin. Pull the e-brake cable through bracket. Remove the 2 brackets that hold e-brake cable in place. (Use 12 mm wrench to ensure no stripping of those screws) Now in the fenderwell use the pliers to remove pin holding brake line in place. Next use the crecent wrench to disconnect brake line. Make sure to plug line immediately or you will have fluid all over your floor. Also Brake fluid DESTROYS PAINT! Now you can loosen the five bolts that hold the control arm on.(might need a prybar) Remove the three 14mm bolts first Remove the last two 17mm bolts but have the jack under control arm so that it won't fall on you. The control arm should come right off. Installation of integra control arms are the reverse of removal. You may need help to hold the control arm up while installing the first two 17mm bolts. Once both sides are on simply bleed the rear brakes.
