| Hint: The easiest way to find the centre is after cutting the outside of the frame mark the top & bottom at 6.5cm and the sides at 8.5cm. Draw lines to join the marks. Next measure up and down from the centre 6.5cm and either side of the centre 4.5cm. Draw lines at these points and you will have your centre rectangle to cut out. |

| Cut 2 pieces of cardboard 16cm x 20cm and 2 pieces of material 18cm x 22cm. |
| Cut out the cardboard frame 13cm x 17cm. Using a craft knife cut the centre out 7cm x 11cm making sure it is centred. Cut the material out for the frame 15cm x 19cm. then cut the centre out 7cm x 11cm. Use the same method for the material centre as for the cardboard but remember to change the measurements to match the material measurements. (The first marks are half the outside measurements the second marks are half the inside measurements) |

| Next place a back cardboard onto each piece of material as shown in diagram 6 above, glueing corners in place first, then the sides. Using the spray on glue secure the wadding to the front frame cardboard then place on the wrong side of frame material wadding side down and glue the material to cardboard as shown in diagram 7 above. (To make sure the cuts line up with the corners place the frame on the material and mark where the cuts have to go.) |

| MATERIAL PHOTO FRAMES You will need: 10cm ribbon, 1/4-1/2 metre material and stiff cardboard (have plenty in case of mistakes), craft glue and craft spray glue, 1cm thick craft wadding, craft knife and scissors. Please read all the way through the instructions first before you start. |
