Episode 64

Sakura and the Snowy Ski Class

Kero is all alone at home. He's been eating a lot of sweets, the wrappings all over the table. Next, he turns to the fridge and finds a glass of ice cream. He is very happy with this situation. He eats the ice cream and says that Sakura is perhaps also having good time at her ski class on the mountain.

Sakura is learning how to ski. Everyone cheers her saying good work and Tomoyo really compliments her for being able to ski in just 1 hour time. Eriol comes into action, he is also very good like Tomoyo. While Sakura, Tomoyo, and Eriol are talking, Yamazaki comes and tells them the story of how ancient people did skiing. Yamazaki tells Sakura that ancients people used geta (traditional wood sandals) to ski. As usual, Sakura believes this. And to make things worse, Eriol helps Yamazaki make the story grow further from reality. Their climax story is cut by Shaoran's scream. Shaoran can not control his ski. He goes past the group and he could get crashed into a tree if Eriol didn't help him. When Eriol gives his hand to help Shaoran up, he refuses it. Eriol says Shaoran just doesn't have enough experience to learn how to ski, soon enough he will learn how to do it and how to do everything else. Sakura comes and falls, but she says she is alright and thanks Shaoran for being worried about her.

Evening time, all students are gathering at the common room. Others are talking, but in a corner, Rika is helping Terada-sensei with his work. Naoko comes with the idea of scary story. She asks Eriol to tell some scary story from England. Surely this makes Sakura scared, yet she says nothing. Eriol tells the story about Snow Woman, others are interested to hear it, but Sakura covers her ears, and Shaoran looks concerned at her. Shaoran knows that Sakura is afraid of such story, so when the story is over, he soon suggests the others to sleep. Naoko says that Eriol's story is not very scary and she wishes to meet the Snow Woman, but Sakura says she doesn't want to. Eriol comes to Sakura and apologizes for telling such story. Sakura tells him it is alright since she didn't want to spoil Naoko's moment. Then, Sakura asks if Eriol has something he hates. Yes, he answers, but he doesn't say what it is.

Sakura can not sleep, she keeps remembering the story. So she goes to the common room. At the common room, Shaoran is gazing at the fireplace. He is recounting every moment Sakura speaks his name, and he says "Sakura" in the end. Unnoticed to him, Sakura is right behind him. When Sakura asks "What ?", Shaoran's mind goes all jumpy, but his body remains calm. The two of them fall into silence and watch the fireplace. Sakura thanks Sahoran for helping her by sending their friends to sleep. Shaoran says he didn't do it on purpose, but Sakura says it is typical of Shaoran to say such thing, since Sahoran is a good person. When Shaoran wants to ask why Sakura is not asleep, Sakura surprises him with the snow falling. The 2 of them go outside to see the snow, and Sakura sees a pair of cute bears. These bears remind Sakura about Shaoran having knitted a teddybear. She asks whether Shaoran has given the teddybear to the person he likes and that it would be great if Yukito receives it. Shaoran replies she is wrong : Yukito is not the person he wants to give his teddybear to. Sakura asks who, then, he wants to give the teddybear to. Shaoran tries to say the name but, suddenly, Sakura apologizes for asking such thing.

Each student is tested their ski ability. Both Sakura and Shaoran have done well. Terada-sensei gives them task to watch other students. Sakura asks whether Shaoran wants to go to a higher place, but he refuses and goes away. Tomoyo comes and again, she compliments about Sakura and Shaoran's action. Sakura also gives her praise for Shaoran. Hearing this make Shaoran blush and he falls. Eriol also comes. Sakura, then, asks whether Tomoyo wants to come with her, but she says she wants to videotape Sakura's action. So Sakura asks Eriol to come with her. He agrees and at that moment, snow starts falling.

Sakura and Eriol take the lift to the top of the mountain. The snow falls harder and harder. And accidentally, Eriol mentions about the Snow Woman, making Sakura feels worried and sees hallucination. When they are at the top of the mountain, the contol house is locked, so they will have to wait for the snow to stop. Meanwhile, at the bottom of the mountain, the students have all gathered at the common room. Tomoyo comes to her friends asking where Sakura is. No one knows about this and she can draw the conclusion that both Sakura and Eriol are still on the top.

While they are waiting for the snow to stop, Sakura and Eriol see the snow erotion. Sakura gets panicked, she knows she has to do something. At first, she thinks to use the Sleep Card to make Eriol sleep, but she won't be able to carry him. Finally, Sakura leaves Eriol and she changes the Time Card. She uses it to stop the snow erotion. The erotion stops, yet the Time Card takes a lot of her energy, so Sakura can not use the Fire Card. She falls unconcious. The snow is going to fall on her, but the Sun Staff appears and it vanishes the snow. Eriol carries Sakura on his arms saying that the only thing that he hates is to get Sakura into trouble, but for now it can not be avoided.

The snow has stopped, the students and Terada-sensei are waiting for Sakura and Eriol to come back. When he is going to find their whereabouts, Tomoyo cries Sakura's name. The two have come back and are safe, although Sakura looks really weak and tired. Shaoran approaches them. Eriol tells him that Sakura is alright and that she is only exhausted, so Shaoran carries Sakura on his back.
