Websites that do not record URL's with names. As unorganized as I am, I've tried REALLY hard not to let that happen. Websites that take so looooooong to load. Simple way to correct that is create additonal pages.

Unfortunately since my computer has changed several times since then, I have searched and not been able to track some of those urls down again.
