The Campground was the original focus for the land in 1971. It now consists of 72 sites both seasonal and nightly and is open year round. The campground has a pool, recreation hall, bathroom and showers, ice cream, gift shop, and is close to stores and restaurants.

Deer Cap Crafts, is the work of Ed Capron. He has been perfecting his work over the past 40 years. He started wood working in high school and now does it as a hobbie. He also teaches classes monday and thursday nights, on how to make bowls and ornaments. We have the reputation for giving out the biggest scoops of ice cream and the best quality in town. The service is fast and pleasant.
