Implemented the statistical technique kriging to analyze the spatial structure of soil moisture and thus find ways to economize the collection of remotely sensed soil moisture data

A 2-D diffusion model to analyze the hydrodynamics of a mangrove swamp
Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India (1994-1996)

A two-dimensional numerical diffusion model was used to quantify the velocities in a tidal creek-mangrove swamp subsystem. Data for the model was collected from the Pichavaram mangrove swamp in Tamil Nadu, in collaboration with MSSRF.

Presently Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Tamil Nadu, India.
