| A CD full of beauty and emotion, this is quality space music. It ranges from ethnic tribal with heavy drums and didgeridoo, to more electronic influenced space music. From the opening track with it's otherworldly birds calls, to the last track with it's heavily sequenced influenced, this is music that can span over the listening horizons of the feeling heart. Of special note is the track "Within Love". If there is a single piece of music that reflects all of Robert's influences, then this is the track. Simple and yet full of motion, technical and yet full of emotion. This track has the ability to put the open listener "Within Love", of Being. A highly recommended CD! |

These upbeat, mostly rhythmic or percussive pieces include some outstanding tracks that capture the essence of the romantic and the exotic. | "Horizon's Call" finds Robert Carty designing an oxymoronic soundscape. The pastoral images are of lush vegetation and outer space ambience. The samplings are earthly nature sounds. The music is deep space sci-fi. This totally unique atmosphere is juxtaposition worthy of Robert Rich's search for organic symmetri or symmetrical organisms. Robert Carty's style is somewhat darker here, similar to Patrick Kosmos. The music is delightfully accessible. This is high caliber, hi-tech diversity from the left field bleachers.
