The Deep Creek Elementary PTA would like to welcome all new and returning families to our school community. We would like to invite you to join us in making a difference in the education of our children. If you are new to our school, we hope you will take this opportunity to join the PTA. If you are a returning member, we thank you for your continued support. PTA membership is available to any parent, guardian, grandparent, administration & staff, as well as any community members who would like to show their support.

The PTA is this nation's oldest and largest child advocacy group. We support and speak on behalf of your children in the schools, in the community and before governmental bodies that make decisions affecting children. We are also committed to encouraging parents and public involvement in public schools.

Our mission for the 2008 - 2009 school year is to keep our students supplied with the tools they need to do their work. School supplies are what we are committed to keeping in the hands of our students at Deep Creek Elementary School.

This is where you, as parents, come in. If you join the PTA for a cost of $7.00 per family. A portion of each membership goes towards making sure our children have the supplies they need, as well as supplying tissues to classrooms during the "sniffly" winter months.

                             WE CANNOT DO THIS WITHOUT YOU.
