Our Signature catalog was sent home this week. Order forms & money must be turned in by 3pm on Monday, May 5th. Please make checks payable to Deep Creek Elementary PTA.
Information packets should have come home with your student. If for some reason, you have not received a packet, please contact us so we can send another one home with your student.
You may only send in ONE check per student. If someone needs to write a check, have them make it payable to you. And then you can write us one check for your total order. The check MUST have the student's name and phone number on it.

Please make sure that the information section on the order form is COMPLETELY filled out. This makes it easier for us to get in contact with you if there are any questions about your order.
